20% HW
80% QUIZ
(Tests count as 2 Quiz grades)
Homework is given most everynight.
Work (solution method) must be shown to receive cedit.
Some quizzes will assess concept understanding, while others will measure computational and problem solving skills. Some may extend outside of class.
Tests will be composed of regents questions and prerequisite material.
A set of four-AAA batteries for the graphing calculators issued to students
Loose-leaf paper (for homework to be handed in)
Either a binder or pocket folder to file handouts and quizzes
A notebook to take notes and to write down examples
Pencils & erasers (please do your work in pencil)
